If you have any problems with any of the pieces that were purchased through Indian Trail Jewelry, please let us know. We will do our best to make it right for you. If it is broken we will either get it repaired or replaced for the charge of shipping (in some cases there may be also small repair fee).

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise when you receive it, please return it to us within 15 days, in its original condition for a prompt refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange.

You should insure your package and send it prepaid through U.P.S. or U.S. Parcel Post along with your name, address and phone number and note if you want a refund or exchange. Please allow 5 - 7 days after our receipt of merchandise for your refund or exchange to be processed. INDIAN TRAIL JEWELRY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN PACKAGE SENT C.O.D.
